anyway,
the camp was much much more fun than i thought.
i expected like lame or stupid games.
but no!
i'm lucky enough to get an OG full of
gung-ho people.
heh.
so everything was made more exciting and hilarious.
the cohort for econs is really pretty big (relatively).
in my OG alone,
there're at least 5 econs students out of 18 members.
and there really aren't many guys i guess.
out of the around 70 to 80 people who went for the camp,
only a pathetic number of 5 are guys.
1 of which is in our group.
whom we nick-named "rose".
LOL.
okay,
long blow by blow account of what happened below.
reached and played the usual ice breaker game.
not very fun,
and for a moment i was unlucky enough to be stuck in the kind of boring everyone-not-enthu group.
but when the first game, photo hunt, commenced,
everything changed.
we were like mad people rushing here and there.
LOL.
it was one of the games that i found most fun in the whole camp too.
then we pretty much began to start bonding
with the cheers led and everything.
then we had dirty games which left us pretty disgusted
since we are not able to bathe, but only wash off the dirt from our bodies.
bleah.
after that we proceeded to changi chalet
which i initially thought will be very small and we have to squeeze together,
therefore the instructions for us to bring sleeping bags.
but it was much much bigger
with 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms, and a pretty much well equipped kitchen.
it's pretty much like someon's house only more empty of course
and more dilapidated.
anway we played more dirty games and had many good laughs
before we were finally allowed to go back to our chalet to wash up and slp.
by the time everyone had bathed it was already 3 am.
argh.
lack of sleep!
yesterday was very very funny.
had cleaner circular games in the morning
since we were supposed to go out and play our shi zhi lu kou game.
boring in the day but very very fun in ther afternoon onwards.
played some games against Sobek, another OG.
won 3 out of 4 games!
don't know how to express the funny stuff in words.
but yeah,
it was FUNNY.
then during the journey out of changi to tanjong pagar for the shi zhi lu kou game,
we were scolded by some weird indian passenger in the same bus as we were.
he was shouting sth like we were making a lot of noise and all those shit.
but
excuse me,
it was a full crowded bus
and all we did was talked,
not even laughing or shouting
and he thought it was noisy enough to scream at us?!
madness.
since when have u boarded a bus that is full and crowded yet quiet?!
*rolls eyes*
according to the programmers,
we were the only group who rushed and ran oimmediately after getting out of the station to the place we wanted to go,
haha.
in their words, "osiris siao de".
LOL.
but we were so tired, coupled with aching thighs,
that we stayed in the food centre much much longer.
went back then it's the pageant and talentime night.
performed a lame and pretty funny skit called "NTU superidol",
you shld know what it's like.
then came the scary part.
we walked to the old changi hospital which was located very near to our chalet actually,
and we didn;t know about that.
the OGLs there said some stories to create the mood
while i just felt like sleeping.
haha.
anyway,
after that we were dispatched to another chalet nearby
where the seniors made a "haunted" house.
but as the faces are very familair we weren't really scared at all.
occasional shocks of course,
when they suddenly raised their voices or pulled our hands
but in all it was still okay.
some groups made it really funny
and our OGLs told us they were very exasperated with us cause they didn't really succeed in scaring us
and we were the first group to go in
so they got pretty discouraged.
LOL.
everyone was quyite scared after the whole thinbg, including me.
heh.
got a bit scared when we were about to bathe
especially since the mirrior is like facing the shower.
we could see the old changi hospital from our chalet!
so yeah.
but all was fine.
didn;t sleep much again but today was also pretty fun.
games as usual
one of which our OG offered to be splashed by a bucket of water with our OGL
when he was supposed to suffer the forfeit.
unity!
i like the people there.
we are pretty bonded i guess.
hope there's an OG outing soon!
anyway, blur me was too tired on the MRT and missed my stop.
had to get off at dover instead and change bus!
lol.
